I went and saw The Great Gatsby last night and although it was pretty to look at, I couldn’t wrap my head around the modern music when the rest of the movie was mostly period. I found it hard to watch as I really disliked Nick, but I disliked him in the book too so that didn’t help.
This weekend has now been sorted thank god
I just want to go live in the woods in a nice little cottage, by a lake and with my own vegetable patch and chickens (for eggs) and ignore all proper modern responsibilities
